In General: Potatoes and most veggies are good. I haven't had any problems yet. Beer, wine and some citrus drinks cause liquid output and require a paste change more often. If you are overweight lose weight--it helps the stoma stick out more. I did well on the 3 Day Diet.
Recipe for my BOB (Breakfast on a bun): A poached egg, spiral cut ham, cheddar cheese served on a whole wheat bun with fresh ground pepper. Also good is the peanut butter and banana sandwich.
